About the Devotion

A Solemn Act of Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary Chaplet has a prayer written by Pope Pius XII. The chaplet has a single decade of the rosary.  Venerable Pope Pius XII wrote the prayer. He composed it for the consecration of the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. On October 31, 1942, the pope entrusted the world to the Virgin Mary, as Queen of Peace, through her Immaculate Heart. He explained that acts of consecration to Mary are in union with Jesus, under the guidance of Mary.

About the Chaplet

We paired the prayer with a pocket rosary.  After reciting the prayer, you can pray one decade of the rosary.  An encased cloth relic is on the back of the center medal (made in Italy). It was touched to a miraculous image (1953) of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. You can read more here: https://www.divinemysteries.info/syracuse-sicily-1953/

About 11-Bead Chaplets

These chaplets (or rosaries) represent a single decade of the Rosary. They are from the 15th Century or earlier. At first, only the convents and monasteries made them. Over the centuries, they have become more readily available. Today, we know them as Pocket Rosaries because the prayers on the beads are the same as for a Rosary.
Handmade Catholic items by Our Lady of Grace Rosaries are designed to be cherished and built to endure.

About Our Handmade Chaplets

Packaging

Each chaplet comes with a sturdy prayer card.  It has the full text of the prayers and explains which prayers to say on which beads.

Suggestion

It is a good idea to store your chaplets and prayer cards together.  Since chaplets have unique bead groupings and prayers, the prayer card and chaplet need to stay together so that you can continue to use them.
