What Our Customers are Saying

It is a joy to create these items, and it is a gift to hear how they become a part of your life. Whether it is a quick note or a detailed story, your feedback helps us understand what matters most to you.

Why We Share Photos

Before any item leaves our studio, we share a photo of your specific, handcrafted item(s)—complete with your chosen pouch and, sometimes, a prayer card—for your final approval. We appreciate it when you give us permission to share your feedback on our website, and we like to pair your comments with these photos. Sometimes, our customers send us their own wonderful photos of their items, which we are also delighted to feature with their permission. We find that seeing the specific item being discussed is more relatable and easier to follow for others who are exploring our work.

Privacy and Appreciation

We respect your privacy completely, so we only use your initials when posting feedback. We truly appreciate the time you take to share your thoughts. Your specific stories give us a valuable perspective; knowing what you appreciate most about your chosen item helps us understand which designs resonate the most.

Customer comments and feedback show initials, not names.

A Commitment to Accessibility

You may notice that we offer our wire-wrapped technique for some of our rosaries, including our more affordable options. It was a decision made long ago that this high-quality, durable construction should be accessible, though it is a labour-intensive process. Wire-wrapping requires about three times the amount of wire compared to classic links, and it is hard on the wrists and hands. However, we find the result is worth it: the feel of a wire-wrapped rosary in your hands as you pray offers the reassuring comfort of being able to hold onto the beads securely without losing your spot.

From Our Hands to Yours

Above all, we value quality, but we find that our work is truly complete only when we know it has found a home with you. Thank you for being a part of our workshop’s story.

CREDITS

The LOGO image of Our Lady of Grace is original artwork by Martin Lariviere in 2009. We have the artist’s permission (my son). It is our exclusive trademark logo image.

A beautifully photographed sky by Donald Tong inspired the website’s colour scheme. Cropped portions of it are the background for the footer Bible verse. He shared it as a free download on pexels.com.

Raphael painted The Sistine Madonna circa (1513-1514). We made circular cut-outs from the original image.  The pensive angel is a well-loved section of that painting.

IN REVIEW
How do you choose which feedback to post?

We only share feedback with customers’ permission to feature their comments. We only use initials to respect privacy.

Why do you pair photos with comments?

We provide photos of your item for your approval before shipping. Pairing these with your feedback helps others see the details of the specific items being discussed.

Why are some rosaries wire-wrapped, while others are classic-linked?

Wire-wrapping is a labour-intensive process that is hard on the wrists and hands. We offer it on selected items to keep this durable, secure design accessible to everyone, regardless of their budget.

How can I share my own feedback?

We love hearing from you! If you have purchased an item or enjoyed visiting one of our webpages, you can share your thoughts using the form found by clicking the links at the top of our feedback pages, or by simply replying to any of our emails.
