More Details
Gold-tone parts accent the rich tone of the beads. The handmade Blue Saint Therese Rosary has roses to represent her promise. She saw herself as the Little Flower of Jesus. Her last words were words of love to God. To help others love God, she promised that she would spend her time in heaven doing good on earth and that she would let fall a shower of roses. This rosary is a reminder to pray for her intercession to help us increase our love for God.
TIP: Brass wire items will keep their original luster when they stay dry. Try storing it with a piece of chalk (non-toxic) or a silica gel pack. You can also store it with an eyeglass cleaning cloth to dry it if needed.
From an Artisan's Perspective
Sacred Art
I believe that designing rosaries means creating sacred art. When a rosary pulls together inspiration with design, it can stir our inner longing for God. A rosary can draw us to the love of God and others.
In the Details
Handcrafting them means paying attention to the details that will make them comfortable and, at the same time, unique. Comfort allows prayer to flow freely. Rosaries can also express individuality and different prayer styles
Variety
I make a variety of rosaries to help you find inspiration. Heart-shaped beads can be a reminder of God’s love for us. You might enjoy praying with a hematite rosary. They absorb the warmth of your hands as you pray. A strung wood bead rosary might be for walks, while one with gemstone beads could be for Mass.
For Different Needs
Knotted rope designs are great for praying as you fall asleep. Since they are metal-free, they can also go with patients in an MRI machine. Or a wire-wrapped rosary might be a favourite because the wraps create extra space between the beads.
More Than Beads
Ultimately, a blessed rosary is so much more than its beads or components. It takes our focus away from keeping track of the prayers. Then, we can pray more sincerely from the deepest part of our hearts.
