Paintings and Photos
We hope you enjoy our classic paintings by the Masters and public domain photos for personal use. We have listed credits for each; if you wish to use them, please visit the original source to ensure you have the correct information regarding their specific terms of use.
Logo & Product Images
Our product images, personal photos, and logo are our intellectual property. They are for temporary use as you shop. They may be shared socially, but they cannot be sold or used for commercial purposes without our express permission.

Our Designs
All our products are handmade originals. Our designs are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or duplicated.
Our Text & Graphics
Copyright laws protect all original text and graphics on this website. We provide them for free for personal use or non-modified, free distribution, provided you give Our Lady of Grace Rosaries credit. Websites may not republish our materials, though you are welcome to link to our site.
Copyrighted Chaplet Designs
Certain unique chaplets in our collection are protected by copyright, identified by the © symbol. These designs may not be copied or sold without express permission and credit to Our Lady of Grace Rosaries. Changing beads or components does not exempt any party from this agreement.

Accuracy
We strive to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. Our descriptions are based on general knowledge, experience, and shared resources; please use them as a starting point for your own research. Please note that the colours you see may vary depending on your monitor’s display settings.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Availability of Items
Ready-to-Ship Items
These items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders are processed in the sequence they are received.
Made-to-Order Items
Unless an item is labelled from our “Inspiration Collection” (sold out), we can create an identical or similar piece. Please note that items made with natural wood or gemstones may vary from the posted image. Should a component unexpectedly run out of stock or be discontinued, we will notify you of any resulting delays as soon as we are able.
5. Cost of Shipping & Taxes
Shipping
Posted prices do not include shipping. We offer scaled shipping discounts based on order size. For a shipping estimate, please provide your mailing address (and phone number for international orders).
Taxes
We do not charge sales tax on our products.
7. Use or Misuse of Our Items
Metal Content
Our handmade items are for prayer and display. Metal components and beads may pose a safety risk if placed in the mouth; please store items securely away from small children. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for any injury or expense arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Treatment of Blessed Items
Blessed items are for holy use (prayer and display). If you no longer wish to keep a blessed item, it may be donated, buried, or burned.
8. Limitation of Liability
Website and Items
Our Lady of Grace Rosaries is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website or our items.
This Agreement is an understanding between Our Lady of Grace Rosaries and the user. It supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website and our items.
Our Lady of Grace Rosaries reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We most recently updated our terms and conditions on December 14, 2023.
9. Privacy Policy
Your Privacy
We respect your privacy and never sell, trade, or disclose your contact information. As we do not use an online shopping cart for payment, your data remains secure. We use Google Analytics for basic, anonymous site metrics.

The LOGO image of Our Lady of Grace is original artwork by Martin Lariviere in 2009. We have the artist’s permission (my son). It is our exclusive trademark logo image.
A beautifully photographed sky by Donald Tong inspired the website’s colour scheme. Cropped portions of it are the background for the footer Bible quote. He shared it as a free download on pexels.com.
Raphael painted The Sistine Madonna circa (1513-1514). We made circular cut-outs from the original image.
Sandro Bottecelli painted Madonna of the Magnificat circa 1483.
