The Heavy-Duty Sacred Heart Rosary is wire-wrapped with our sturdiest wire and chain. The hematite beads hold the warmth of your hands as you pray. Our Lady of Fatima is on the other side of the center medal.
What is Hematite?
Today’s hematite rosaries use a machine-made version of the stone. It looks and feels similar. It is also iron-grey, metallic-based, and heavy.
Tip
TIP: Wire-wrapped rosaries will not come unhooked. The design will sometimes result in a temporary kink. There are two ways to resolve it: a gentle shake; or lifting and turning the section by hand.
About Hematite
Natural Hematite
Natural hematite is rare and very expensive. It contains ferric oxide, calcium, and manganese. It is not only on earth but on the planet Mars as well.
