The Knights of Columbus Rosary has manufactured hematite beads. The Our Father beads are a wire-wrapped contrasting oval shape to help them stand apart.
These heavy, metallic-based beads will slowly warm up when in contact with warm hands. As you pray with them, you will feel their warmth.
What is Hematite?
Today’s hematite rosaries use a machine-made version of the stone. It looks and feels similar. It is also iron-grey, metallic-based, and heavy.
