More Details

The St. Hubert of Liege Chaplet has indulgenced prayers. Saint Hubert is the patron saint of hunters and is considered the originator of ethical hunting practices. He had an experience on a Good Friday that changed his heart forever. Instead of going to church, he chose to go hunting. When the stag he was pursuing turned, he had a vision of a Cross between its antlers. He heard a voice in his heart that said, “Unless you turn to the Lord and lead a holy life, you will go quickly down to hell.”

There is a partial indulgence when we pray the chaplet on a Friday. We must also focus on our Lord’s suffering and pray for the intentions of the Pope. One of the chaplet prayers is, “Heart of Jesus, burning with love for us, set our hearts on fire with the love of You.” (from the Roman Breviary)

©️ OLOG (2012)  We collected traditional Catholic prayers and planned a bead layout for them.  The chaplet design and selection of prayers are for personal use.

Handmade Catholic items by Our Lady of Grace Rosaries are designed to be cherished and built to endure.

About Our Handmade Chaplets

Packaging

Each chaplet comes with a sturdy prayer card.  It explains which prayers to say on which beads.

Suggestion

It is a good idea to store your chaplets and prayer cards together.  Since chaplets have unique bead groupings and prayers, the prayer card and chaplet need to stay together so that you can continue to use them.
