Our Wood Rosary and Necklace combines strength with convenience.  It is a rosary that fits over most heads without clasps.  The cord is strong and will stand up to wear and tear.  It is a handy way to carry a rosary while on the go.   It is available to order with longer sections between the beads for a larger finished size.

  • Practical: This rosary will fit over your head without clasps.
  • Sturdy: The cord has an 85-pound tensile strength.
  • Note:  Remember to avoid catching it on something. We make it strong. (ex. not near machinery)

About Our Rosary Necklaces

Classic Rosary

We did not interrupt the classic rosary design for our necklaces. They have the function of a rosary.

The Controversy

You may wonder if it is against our faith to wear a rosary. Gang members and celebrities have worn them as fashion items. Yet, religious orders have had rosaries as part of their habits for centuries.

Expression of Faith

Since rosaries are well-known as prayer beads, they are an expression of faith, not fashion. Once blessed, they are for holy use.  Then, wearing a rosary is a reminder to pray.

CREDITS

The LOGO image of Our Lady of Grace is original artwork by Martin Lariviere in 2009. We have the artist’s permission (my son). It is our exclusive trademark logo image.

A beautifully photographed sky by Donald Tong inspired the website’s colour scheme. Cropped portions of it are the background for the footer Bible verse. He shared it as a free download on pexels.com.

Raphael painted The Sistine Madonna circa (1513-1514). We made circular cut-outs from the original image.
