About Special Orders
About Special Orders
Special orders of items that are not in stock are made to order.
About Special Orders
Handmade Originals
Since each item is a handmade original, the one you order will not look identical to our online sample. Wood, for example, has unique grain markings. We will send a photo before finalizing your order.
Not Quite Right
If you want a change made, we can help you within the limits of the design and available parts. For example, a customer wanted a St. Benedict Crucifix on this rosary. Since I had it in stock, it was an easy change.
Intellectual Property
We do not want to make knock-offs of someone else’s unique design. However, sometimes artisans come up with the same ideas on their own. If it’s widely-used, then we will make it.
In-Stock Supplies
Using our in-stock supplies saves time and money. We do our best to keep costs down and finish your item without an extra long wait. However, if you want a part that isn’t in stock, we can sometimes order it. Note that ordered parts are non-refundable.
Timeline
Depending on how busy we are, special order items can take up to eight weeks to complete. We appreciate your patience.

The LOGO image of Our Lady of Grace is original artwork by Martin Lariviere in 2009. We have the artist’s permission (my son). It is our exclusive trademark logo image.
A beautifully photographed sky by Donald Tong inspired the website’s colour scheme. Cropped portions of it are the background for the footer Bible verse. He shared it as a free download on pexels.com.
Raphael painted The Sistine Madonna circa (1513-1514). We made circular cut-outs from the original image.
