What to Expect
- Initial Inquiry
Once you complete the request form, we will review your request and reply by email. We will confirm your order status and set a timeline.
- Estimate
The final cost will be similar to the posted price of the original item. Three factors can influence your final cost: replacement with more expensive components, general materials cost increases since the time of the original posting, and the unknown factor of ording parts that we do not have in stock.

- Item Limit
Maximum of two items per custom order. If you want more items shipped together, we can hold them for you until your order is filled.
Please note that Crucifixes can be ordered in larger quantities.
- Simple Adaptations
To keep timelines and costs reasonable, custom requests are limited to minor adjustments of established designs using available in-stock components (e.g., swapping a Crucifix or center for a similar-sized component already on our website.)
- Last-Minute Changes
Custom orders are a firm commitment. Once your custom order details are agreed upon and supplies are set in place, changes are no longer a simple option.
- Flexible Timelines
The wait time can take several months. Rush orders are not available. We will not sacrifice quality to meet a deadline.
- Originality and Intellectual Property
We do not replicate unique designs from other artisans out of respect for their work. Widely used traditional styles, however, are always welcome.
- Communication
There is no need to check in for frequent updates. We will reach out to you personally at key milestones. Every email response takes precious time away from the workbench, so your patience is a blessing to us!

Component Selection & Design
The Architecture of Design
We design each rosary for prayer and engineer it for durability—not merely put together. We select components that complement one another in weight, finish, detail, and scale to ensure the integrity of the finished rosary. Please note that certain beads and metals are specifically suited for specific styles of wirework or cord, and not all components are compatible.
Guidance for Custom Requests
- Start with Established Designs: The simplest way to place a custom request is to choose from our established designs. You can ask to swap elements like a Crucifix or center, or select components from a similar item that features the same bead size, style, and cut.
- Use In-Stock Supplies: We typically use in-stock components to save on time and cost.
- Special Component Orders: If you require a specific component that is not currently in stock, we can sometimes order it for you, but the cost is not guaranteed. Please note that all custom-ordered parts are strictly non-refundable.
- Brainstorming New Ideas: If you are imagining a design not currently on our website, please reach out for our suggestions.
Handcrafted Originality
Because each rosary is a handmade original, the item you receive will have unique characteristics and may vary slightly from our online samples. For example, natural beads might have distinctive features that make your rosary one-of-a-kind. You can expect a photo for your approval before finalizing your order.
Personalized Collections
When our order box is open, we offer two specialized custom rosaries:
Children’s Safety Clasp Rosary: These sturdy, glue-free, and washable rosaries can be personalized with names and an optional safety clasp that snaps open for added security.
Personalized Family Rosary: We use fire-polished glass beads to represent anniversaries or birthdays of family members. We provide a printable planner to help you map out your design before placing an order.
