Our shipping policy & discounts work for you. You can qualify with in-stock items and valid coupon codes. The more you spend on qualifying purchases, the more you save on your total cost.

Canadian Customers
Economy Shipping ($2.00 or $3.50)
COST: Our flat rate for a bubble envelope weighing less than 100 grams is $2.00. If it weighs up to 200 grams, it is $3.50.
NOTE: Large items like Crucifixes do not qualify for economy shipping.
DISCOUNTS: With a $10.99 minimum purchase, you will earn a 15% discount on in-stock items. Orders with valid coupon codes also receive discounts.
TIMELINE: It takes 4 to 14 business days to arrive at your door. However, without tracking, we are no longer responsible for items once they are in the mail. If it returns to us, we verify your info and then ship it again for free. Still, we have found this method to be generally reliable.
Canadian Customers
Most Tracked Shipping (up to $15.00)
COST: Tracked shipping will cost up to $15.00 if your order fits into our bubble envelopes or our smallest flat-rate shipping boxes.
LARGE ITEMS: Crucifixes up to 7 inches will fit into the flat-rate $15.00 boxes. All others depend on size, weight, and location.
TIMELINE: It takes about 1-2 weeks to arrive at your door.

American Customers
Most Tracked Shipping: $9.50 (CAD)
COST: The flat rate for shipping a small package (up to 4.4 lbs.) to the continental USA is $9.50 (CAD).
TIMELINE: It usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door.
DISCOUNTS: With a $10.99 minimum purchase, you will earn a 15% discount on in-stock items. Orders with valid coupon codes also receive discounts.
International Customers
Most Tracked Shipping: $15.00 (CAD)
TRACKED SHIPPING: The tracked shipping cost for small, lightweight packages is $15.00 (CAD) with a minimum order of $24.99. The weight limit for tracked shipping varies by country. Keep reading for the list of 31 countries that qualify for tracked shipping.
DISCOUNTS: In-stock items (with a $10.99 minimum purchase) qualify for 15% discounts. Orders with valid coupon codes also receive discounts.
- WHERE: Canada Post delivers to over 190 countries (not Somalia, Syria, or Russia).
- SURFACE SHIPPING: Surface shipping (not tracked) is the only option for most large or heavy packages. For these types of orders, you can ask for a quote before placing an order. We are not responsible for your item once it is in the mail, since it is not tracked. However, we have found it to be generally reliable. If it comes back to us, we will contact you.
- TIMELINE: A tracked shipment takes about 3 weeks to arrive at your door. All other packages take 4 to 12 weeks.

Packaging
BUBBLE ENVELOPES: Our bubble envelopes have a 55-pound white paper covering and a thick .05cm (3/16″) bubble lining. They hold a small Cross or a few rosaries, bracelets, or chaplets.
BOXES: Our boxes pass a 200-pound test with locking tabs for added security. Within Canada, we use flat-rate shipping boxes when it is a less costly option. If your order doesn’t fit, we reuse our other packaging.
ECO FRIENDLY OPTIONS: You can also request re-used packaging to ship your items and help reduce landfill waste.
Payments
- WHEN TO PAY: Since we collect payments once your order is ready to ship, we ask that you verify your order with an email confirmation. Once your order is ready to ship, we contact you with a photo and the total cost and shipping discount. Once you have verified that your order is accurate, we will process your payment.
- HOW TO PAY: We accept PayPal for all orders. If you live in Canada or the US, we also accept e-transfer payments.

- NEW ORDERS: We usually reply to the order forms by the end of the day. You can check your spam/junk folder or reach out to us again.
- ALREADY ORDERED: Wait times are estimates. Sometimes, it takes longer.

- Section 5. VALUE (US$) $10.00 (not what you paid for it). For more than one rosary, they can be valued as low as $2.00 each. Otherwise, we have to pay duty and taxes on them and then the cost goes back to you. Since we are not purchasing them, the total value should be set as low as possible. We verified this with border officials.

Packaging Note
Shipping in a bubble envelope usually costs less than a box. A regular postal service is usually less costly than commercial shipping companies.
Shipping Costs
Large packages, remote locations, and rush orders will cost more than other shipments. Peak Season Pricing (October 30 to January 14) also impacts shipping costs.
