  1. E-transfer is available to customers in Canada and the US.
  2. PayPal is for everyone. We will send you an invoice if you let us know that it is your preferred way to pay.

Once your order is complete, we will send you a photo. We will need your mailing address (and phone number for those outside of Canada) to pay for and finalize your order.

5

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. We also collect payments that way.  We can send you a PayPal invoice to make it easier.

6

What is the timeline?

When you send us your order, we will let you know when we expect to have it completed.  It gets busy in the workshop and quality work takes time.

7

How do I get free shipping or a discount?

The more you spend, the more you save.  Sometimes it’s free.  Click for more info.

8

How do I ship a broken rosary?

You can reach us with a Repair Request form.  You can click here or search with the word repair.  We will ask for a photo to ensure that a repair is possible.

International Shipping Tips

  • Declared Value: For international shipping, a broken rosary has a declared value of $10.00 (not what you paid for it).
  • Item description or reason for export: broken rosary for repair
  • Shipping Method: We suggest checking with your local post office for tracked shipping.  It is secure and usually more affordable than large courier companies.

9

What if I change my mind?

We appreciate a quick email if you are no longer interested in your order. It frees us up to work on orders for other customers sooner. No one pays ahead, so changing your mind is easy.  If we don’t hear from you, we will reach out a couple of times.  After a few weeks, your items will be available to other customers.

10

Can I shop in a store?

In-store shopping is at The Mustard Seed Catholic Books & Gifts. They are in London, Ontario (Canada).  We ship new items to the store every 4 to 6 weeks.  The selection of our handmade items varies.  You will recognize them by the white tags.  Click for more info.
