About Our Austrian Crystals

Genuine Originals

We purchased our Austrian Crystals from a famous company that sold to artisans for more than 20 years until 2021. Even though we now use a different name because of copyright issues, we bought them while they were still sold as Swarovski Crystals.

What Happened?

In 2021, the well-known Austrian family announced a plan to restructure their company.  They have since copyrighted their brand “Swarov…”.   Artisans can no longer purchase their beads or use their company name to identify the beads bought before 2021.  Even though we purchased them in good faith, we now have to sell them under a different name.   Click to learn more.

Stocked Up

Although we had very little notice of the company’s decision to stop selling to artisans, we bought beads while our suppliers still had a selection in stock.  As a result, we will be able to provide rosaries made with these specialty Austrian Crystal (or Sw…) beads for a while.

We Have the Original Beads

You can be sure of the quality of our Austrian Crystal (or Sw…).  We have always purchased these specialty crystal beads from direct distributors. These suppliers bought them straight from the factory in Austria where the famous family business has produced them since 1895.

The LOGO image of Our Lady of Grace is original artwork by Martin   Lariviere in 2009. We have the artist’s permission (my son). It is our exclusive trademark logo image.

A beautifully photographed sky by Donald Tong inspired the website’s colour scheme. Cropped portions of it are the background for the footer Bible verse. He shared it as a free download on pexels.com.

Raphael painted The Sistine Madonna circa (1513-1514). We made circular cut-outs from the original image.
