The Bronze Ocean Jasper Sacred Heart rosary is truly a one-of-a-kind piece. This rare gemstone is mined by boat from a cliff on the Ambolobozo Peninsula of Madagascar during low tide. Formed from volcanic rock over millions of years, it is truly special. Its unique blend of colors makes it feel like holding a remarkable treasure.

CLEANING: Bronze naturally darkens to rich, earthy tones, making your rosary look like an antique. Storing it with a silica gel pack or a piece of chalk (nontoxic) or praying with it regularly will slow this process. Like all rosaries, it should be cleaned with care to avoid damage to the stones or the wire. Surface cleaning is best. Keep reading for a link to cleaning tips.
TIP: Wire-wrapped rosaries will not come unhooked but the design will sometimes result in a temporary kink. There are two ways to resolve it: a gentle shake; or lifting and turning the section by hand.

About Bronze
Wire-Wrapped
Our bronze rosaries are wire-wrapped and sturdy. The stacked rings of wire will not come unhooked. It adds extra space between the beads for ease of movement during prayer.
Solid Bronze
We make them with solid bronze. Wire-wrapped bows replace the sections that are usually chain links. We use solid bronze Crucifixes and centers made from vintage or unique originals.
At about half the cost of sterling silver, bronze makes an heirloom rosary more affordable.
Naturally Aged
In their natural form, bronze rosaries look like antiques. Bronze is a metal alloy primarily made of copper. With age and exposure to air, it naturally darkens to rich, earthy tones. Storing it in a closed container between use will slow down this process.
Polishing Option
If you prefer, bronze rosaries can be cleaned from time to time. Polished bronze has a shiny, gold look. You can click on the photo for more cleaning tips.
