More Details

The Crystal Rosary Bracelet & Earring Set has sterling silver components and feels smooth on the wrist.

BRACELET: The shape of the toggle clasp will stay in place better than most as long as it fits properly.   It is easy to put on and take off.  To attach, grasp one end of the curved bar and pull through the toggle ring.  Keep reading for more info on toggle clasps and measuring for a good fit.

EARRINGS: These earrings will stay in place.  If you are not used to lever-back earrings, it is a good idea to practice the lever motion first to ensure you can close it properly.  If you prefer, we also make the shepherd’s hook earring style.

We can break up the set.  The rosary bracelet sold separately is $47.99.  If you just want the earrings, they are $24.99.

Are "Austrian Crystals" the Same as Swarovski Crystals?

We now refer to Swarovski Crystals as Austrian Crystals. It’s the result of a new copyright issue.

From the beginning, we identified the Swarovski Crystal beads on our rosaries. In 2021, without warning, they added a copyright to their brand name. Now, we have to sell the same rosaries under a different title. We chose Austrian Crystal since they are made in Austria. The rosary beads haven’t changed. They are still the same genuine Swarovski Crystal beads as before.

Handmade Catholic items by Our Lady of Grace Rosaries are designed to be cherished and built to endure.

Toggle Clasps

The Shape Matters

Some toggle clasps come undone easily.  There are two reasons for that.  The first is the design of the toggle bar.  We find that the curved shape with the balls on the end stays in place.  The fit also matters.  A proper fit will ensure that the clasp stays in place on your wrist.

How to Attach the Clasp

To attach,  you can set the bracelet across your arm and hold it against yourself or on a table.  Grasp one end of the curved bar and pull through the toggle ring.  Then, set it in place.  To undo it, take one end of the curved bar and pull it back through the toggle ring.

The Fit Matters

A proper fit will ensure that the clasp holds the bracelet in place.  There should be a little wiggle room only.  Too loose of a fit will allow the clasp to work its way open.  Too tight of a fit will leave indent marks on your skin and put stress on the connections. For more info on measuring for a good fit, keep reading.

How to Measure for a Good Fit

How to Measure Your Wrist

Using a soft measuring tape, measure around your wrist at the wrist bone. Another way is to measure with a string or ribbon and then place it against a flat ruler.  When you measure for the finished fit, leave a little wiggle room.

We measure our bracelets the same way. We provide an estimated wrist size for a comfortable fit.

What is a Comfortable Fit?

A bracelet should not be so tight that the beads leave indent marks on your skin. It can catch on something and break if it dangles too much.  It should be loose enough to feel like a comfortable fit.

Comparing to Your Favourite Bracelet

Hold your arm up with your best-fitting bracelet on to find a comparable fit.  Measure your arm at that spot to get a fit with the precise wiggle room you like.
