Psalm 147:3 (Stronger)
Psalm 147:3
Psalm 147:3 is a reminder that God carefully and tenderly repairs the broken pieces of our lives, making us stronger and more authentic.
Stronger
He heals the brokenhearted,
and binds up their wounds.
Psalm 147:3
Kintsugi is a style of Japanese art that begins with broken pottery. Instead of throwing it away, artisans mend and decorate the seams. They do it in a way that doesn’t pretend the pottery was never broken. Rather than trying to hide the damage, they highlight the repair with gold lacquer.
This style of pottery can represent our lives. When we put our lives in God‘s hands, He carefully and tenderly puts the broken pieces back together. He makes us stronger, more authentic, and more resilient than ever before. (November 29, 2025)
