Return Policy
Our return policy has info about refunds, replacements, shipping, and more. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can reach us with our returns form within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
Return Policy
Timeline
We have a 30-day return policy from the time of delivery.
Defective?
We guarantee our items against defects in the materials or construction. Maybe we shipped the wrong item? We will send you a shipping label, repair it, and return it to you. Or, we can send you a refund once we have received your items.
Not What You Expected?
If you are not happy with your item and it is still in its original condition, you can return it. We can refund the value of the item but shipping fees are not refundable.
Custom Orders
We do not refund family rosaries or children’s rosaries with names on them. It is the same for items that are different from those on our website.
Cancellations
If we have not yet shipped your order, you can cancel it anytime at no cost to you.
Who Pays for Shipping?
We cover return shipping costs if we have determined that we are at fault. Otherwise, our customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Will I Get a Full Refund?
- If your item is defective or if we mailed you the wrong one, you will get a replacement or a full refund.
- You will only be refunded the value of your item for most other reasons.
- Special order items or those that have been used and are no longer in their original condition are not refundable.
More Details
- Refunds are issued in the original method of payment.
- Returns are to be shipped in sturdy packaging, like a bubble envelope or box. Untracked shipments are the customer’s responsibility.
- Items lost, damaged, or stolen during tracked shipping are the responsibility of the postal service insurance.

A beautifully photographed sky by Donald Tong inspired the website’s colour scheme. Cropped portions of it are the background for the footer Bible verse. He shared it as a free download on pexels.com.
Raphael painted The Sistine Madonna circa (1513-1514). We made circular cut-outs from the original image.
