More Details
The Saint Gerard Majella Chaplet is a prayer for expectant mothers. Saint Gerard was a lay brother of the Congregation of the Redeemer (Redemptorists). He has won the love and devotion of many for the numerous miracles attributed to his intercession. He is well known for his protection of expectant mothers and is the patron of mothers and babies.
Pope Pius X canonized St Gerard on December 11, 1904. His feast day is October 16th.
The First Miracle
A few months before his death, he dropped his handkerchief while visiting a family. One of the girls ran after him to return it but he told her to keep it, saying, “You may need it someday.” Years later, the same girl, now a married woman, was on the verge of dying in childbirth. She remembered his words and asked for the handkerchief. Almost immediately, she was able to safely give birth to a healthy child. The mothers in Italy at the time began praying to him for a happy childbirth.

About Our Handmade Chaplets
Packaging
Each chaplet comes with a sturdy prayer card. It has the full text of the prayers and explains which prayers to say on which beads.
Suggestion
It is a good idea to store your chaplets and prayer cards together. Since chaplets have unique bead groupings and prayers, the prayer card and chaplet need to stay together so that you can continue to use them.
