More Details
The Our Father beads make the Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Rosary unique. They are cage-wrapped across pebble-shaped gemstone beads with an extra bend in the wire. The rest of the beads are wire-wrapped, which adds extra prayer space and makes them more secure. Red Jasper brings out the natural shades in the glass dome center. Our unique Crucifix matches so well with it.

About Cage-Wrapping
What is Cage-Wrapping?
Cage-wrapping adds stacks of rings and a gentle swirl of wire across the beads.
There are many forms of cage-wrapping, but we prefer the one shown in the photo. We use a single snug wrap to secure the beads. Also, we flush-cut the ends of the wire to keep them smooth.
Extra Detail
We will sometimes cage-wrap the Our Father beads. It sets them apart and adds a unique flair to the rosary. The wire swirls around the caps and accent beads, holding them in place.
Which Beads We Use
We do not save this wiring method only for gemstone beads. We also use it with glass and hematite beads. Yet, since it takes more wire and time to make, there is an added cost.
Hidden Beauty
The beauty of every rosary, whether humble or ornate, is in the way we pray with it. Prayer is a gift of love.
A rosary that gently guides our prayers forward as we move our hands across the beads is its hidden beauty.
