The Saint Peregrine Crucifix is handmade with a prayer on the medal, asking for the help of the patron saint of cancer patients. It says, “Help me guide me in this fight, give me courage, strength, and might.” It has an image of St. Peregrine and his name on the back. Since the artisan embedded the pewter medal into the wood, both sides are visible.
