The “Roll” Method: Point your fingers together and gently roll the bracelet over your hand to minimize stress on the elastic cord.

Mindful Wear: We recommend removing your bracelet before swimming, showering, or using lotions and perfumes. Wearing it on your non-dominant wrist helps prevent catching on something while reaching into a bag, for example.
