1. Images

Paintings and Photos

We hope you enjoy our classic paintings by the Masters and public domain photos for personal use while on our website. We have listed the credits for each of them. If you want to copy them, you can go to their source. That will ensure you have the correct information for their terms of use.

Logo & Product Images

Our product images and our logo are our intellectual property. They are for temporary use as you shop. They can be shared with friends socially but not sold or used for your own business without our express permission.

2. Product Designs

Our Designs

All of our products are handmade originals. Our designs are our intellectual property. You cannot reproduce or duplicate our designs. 

Our Text & Graphics

Copyright laws protect all original text and graphics on this website. We provide them for free, and you may print them for personal use or free distribution (without modifying our material) if you give Our Lady of Grace Rosaries credit. (Websites cannot republish our materials, but they are welcome and invited to link to our site). All the same, you cannot republish or sell material from this website.

Copyrighted Chaplet Designs

We have several unique chaplets in our collection.  It includes copyrighted ones that we identify with the copyright symbol.  We would love it if you added them to your collection.  However, chaplet designs are not to be copied and sold without the express permission of Our Lady of Grace Rosaries and credit thereof.  Changing the beads or components does not exempt anyone from this agreement.

3. Product Descriptions

Accuracy

We do our best to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on our website are accurate and up-to-date. The information we collect for our descriptions is from general knowledge, experience, and shared internet resources.  We ask that you use it as a starting point for your research, verify your sources, and use your wording.

The images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and colour abilities.

Posted Prices

We reserve the right to change website prices at any time without prior notice. It may be necessary due to the cost of replacing materials.

4. Availability of Items

Made-to-Order Items

Unless we label an item as an “inspiration collection” item (sold out),  we can make another identical or similar one.  Items made with natural wood or gemstones can vary from the posted image.  Sometimes a part unexpectedly runs out of stock. This means a delay unless our supplier discontinues it without warning.  We update our website as soon as we are able. 

Ready-to-Ship Items

Items on our Ready-to-Ship page are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  We look after requests in order.  There is a chance that an item has sold before we had time to post the change.

5. Cost of Shipping & Taxes

Shipping

Our posted prices do not include shipping.  We offer shipping discounts depending on the size of your order.  For a shipping estimate, we need your mailing address (and phone number if you live outside of Canada).

Taxes

We are a small family business and do not charge taxes.

7. Use or Misuse of Our Items

Metal Content

We hope you will enjoy praying with our handmade Catholic items. It is important to note that metal content or beads are unsafe for putting in a mouth directly or with unwashed hands. You can display or store a child’s rosary until they can use them properly. The purchaser agrees that we are not responsible in the event of any injury or expense arising from adverse reactions resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Treatment of Blessed Items

blessed item is for holy use. It is for prayer and can also be displayed or stored. If you no longer want it, you can donate, bury, or burn it.

8. Limitation of Liability

Website and Items

Our Lady of Grace Rosaries is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website or our items.

This Agreement is an understanding between Our Lady of Grace Rosaries and the user. It supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website and our items.

Our Lady of Grace Rosaries reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We most recently updated our terms and conditions on December 14, 2023.

9. Privacy Policy

Your Privacy

We respect your privacy. For that reason, we never sell, trade, or disclose your contact information. No one needs to log in to use our website, so it feels anonymous. However, we use Google Analytics to collect basic information that helps us serve you better.  You can opt out of cookies as you enter our website.

We put a lot of thought into choosing helpful external links. Our Lady of Grace Rosaries is not responsible for the operation, content, or use of the content of external links.

We do our best to provide accurate and inspiring information.  Our Lady of Grace Rosaries is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies on our website.

CREDITS

The LOGO image of Our Lady of Grace is original artwork by Martin Lariviere in 2009. We have the artist’s permission (my son). It is our exclusive trademark logo image.

A beautifully photographed sky by Donald Tong inspired the website’s colour scheme. Cropped portions of it are the background for the footer Bible quote. He shared it as a free download on pexels.com.

Raphael painted The Sistine Madonna circa (1513-1514). We made circular cut-outs from the original image.

Sandro Bottecelli painted Madonna of the Magnificat circa 1483.
