How do I place an order?
- Place an order for in-stock items OR
- Book a day for us to make your custom order by filling in an order form. We will reply with a price quote and a timeline.
- We will contact you once your items are ready to ship for your payment.

What are the payment options?
- E-transfer is available to customers in Canada and the US.
- PayPal is for everyone. If you choose it as your preferred payment method, we will send you an invoice.
- Credit Card payments are also possible. You can use PayPal to pay as a guest without signing up for PayPal. Click to learn how.
- Cheque payments are in Canada only. We hold your order for 5 business days to ensure it clears the bank.

When do I pay for my order?
Once your order is ready to ship, we will contact you for your payment.

Which currency?
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. We also collect payments that way. When we send a PayPal invoice, it is in Canadian dollars. We can give you an approximate value in your currency.

How do I get free shipping or a discount?
PRICE + SHIPPING - DISCOUNT = TOTAL COST

How do I ship a broken rosary?
FIRST STEP: Send us a repair request form.
Packaging Note
Shipping in a bubble envelope usually costs less than a box. A regular postal service is usually less costly than commercial shipping companies.

What if I change my mind?
Since no one pays ahead, changing your mind is easy.
- We appreciate a quick email if you want to cancel your order.
- If we don’t hear from you, we will email you. Sometimes emails get lost in spam folders. With no reply, we will close your order.
- NOTE: If you want a DELAY, we can hold your order for up to 2 months.

Can I shop in a store?
In-store shopping is at The Mustard Seed Catholic Books & Gifts. They are in London, Ontario (Canada). We ship new items to the store every 4 to 6 weeks. The selection of our handmade items varies. You will recognize them by the white tags. Click for more info.

Most of our handmade rosaries, chaplets, wood Crucifixes, rosary bracelets, rosary necklaces, and accessories (like leather cases and wood dishes) are available for custom orders. We also sell in-stock items.
- Photo First: Send a photo to ensure that the repair is possible.
- Declared Value: A broken rosary has a declared value of no more than $10.00 (not what you paid for it). Otherwise, your repair person will have to pay duties and taxes on it.
- Reason for Export: Broken rosary for repair.
- Shipping method: Try your local postal service for tracked shipping. It will be less costly than courier services.
