John 3:30 (Forgetting Ourselves)
John 3:30
What does John 3:30 have to say about humility and holiness?
Forgetting Ourselves
He must increase, but I must decrease.
John 3:30
We gain humility by forgetting ourselves while we are busy loving God and others. Why is it so important to be humble? It is the root of holiness. Humility is putting our own needs in the background. It means loving God more than we love ourselves. It is in humility that we create room in our hearts for holiness to grow. (January 12, 2021)
